What We Do

Adelaide Concrete Benchtops hand make a variety of custom made GFRC products ranging from Residential Benchtops, Outdoor Benchtops, Commercial Projects such as bars, receptions areas etc and Bespoke Furniture. GFRC Concrete is a natural product – it is beautiful, honest and unique. No two pieces are ever the same; there are natural variations in colour, shade and texture much the same as timber and steel; it isn’t perfect there are often small flaws but as anything these add to the personality and integrity of the piece.

We hand pack each piece based on your design and requirements, allow the concrete to cure and then seal the concrete ready for installation. Initial measurements are taken from plans or an initial site measure takes place, once cabinetry is in place final measurements are made, the piece is then custom made and then installed on site. Colours can range from Natural Concrete, shades of grey ranging from virtually white to virtually black, pastel shades and graining effects again no two shades are ever exactly the same despite being from the same batch again part of the natural beauty of this product.

We will work with you offering ideas and suggestions but ultimately you will personalise your project to suit your requirements - Dare to Dream and we will make it happen.

Adelaide Concrete Benchtops are part of AOK Studios based in Adelaide, South Australia.

AOK Studios specialise in outdoor Kitchens. We can provide custom made GFRC concrete benchtops and products for both the Residential and Commercial market. Our love of GFRC concrete started a couple of years ago and we have researched, attended training courses, practiced and developed our skills since then to achieve excellent results.

We have a small team and believe that excellent customer service, teamed with great product knowledge and our love of the GFRC are a great combination to help achieve your dream project.

Kitchen Benchtops

Kitchen Benchtops can be seamless, GFRC Concrete can span greater lengths and can even be cantilevered as they do not come in slabs so there are no real restrictions in design and applications. Kitchen Sinks and Cooktops simply drop into the benchtop, GFRC Concrete doesn’t require ant structural alterations to cabinets as it weighs half the weight of traditional concrete, less than Granite and approximately the same as Caesarstone. GFRC Concrete is also suitable for splashbacks and used with timber or steel to create a designer feel and the WOW Factor for your Kitchen.

Alfresco

Perfect for Outdoor use as GFRC Concrete is naturally weather resistant. Create an Alfresco area that will be the envy of your friends, where built in BBQ, Bar Fridge and moulded sink can be incorporated to create a seamless look that will naturally age and patina over time. Outdoor tables, bars and benches can also be designed to complete the look.
